1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on kx888, accessing the kx888 website, depositing funds, placing a wager, or interacting with any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the kx888 brand, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, table games, and all promotional or bonus programmes. Where specific products carry their own supplementary rules, those rules are to be read alongside — not instead of — these Terms. 2 Eligibility

To register and use a kx888 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kx888 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform under any circumstances.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one kx888 account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kx888 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on kx888 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also supported for eligible accounts. kx888 does not accept deposits made in cash or via cryptocurrency.

The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction (specific payment methods may carry higher minimums — refer to the cashier page for current limits).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 3 working days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• kx888 does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges — please check with your provider before transacting.
• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid national ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate, plus a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address.
• Funds deposited by a third party will be returned to the originating account and the depositing account will be reviewed. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.

kx888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. Players who have active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements may not withdraw until those requirements are fully met, unless they choose to forfeit the bonus balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kx888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (such as BPL season bonuses, Eid specials, and Pohela Boishakh offers). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly presented at the time of opt-in. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified kx888 accounts only. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be restricted from claiming or withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
• Each promotion has a stated wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met before any associated bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the promotion.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonus wagering contributions are as follows: slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports betting wagers contribute 100% (minimum odds of 1.50 apply).

6 Betting & Game Rules

kx888 offers sports betting markets and casino games. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All sports bets are final once accepted by the kx888 system. In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may change. If odds change between your submission and acceptance, you will be presented with the new odds before confirmation.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the scheduled completion time, kx888's settlement policy will apply as stated in the specific sport's rules. Generally, bets on events that do not reach completion will be voided and stakes returned.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round will be treated as void and any stake wagered during the affected round will be returned to the player's account. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kx888 platform — including but not limited to the kx888 logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kx888 or is used under licence from the respective rights holders (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kx888 platform solely for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. 12 Amendments to These Terms

Where a material change is made, kx888 will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is always displayed at the top of this page. 13 Account Termination

14 Disputes & Complaints
